Hotel & Accommodation Policies
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. In case of unavailability, alternate hotels of a similar category will be provided. Most hotels do not have A/C as it is rarely required; room heaters / Bukhari are provided in winter.
Vehicle & Transportation Policies
Vehicles run on a fixed itinerary. During heavy snow, certain roads may require snow jeeps at an additional cost.
Local Union & Sightseeing Restrictions
At Gulmarg, Pahalgam (Aru, Chandanwari, Betaab) and Sonmarg, local union vehicles/ponies are mandatory for certain points and are payable directly.
Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Refunds, where applicable, may be issued as a credit note.
